RESIDENCE REGISTRATION
A place of residence is a house, apartment or room in which a person permanently or predominantly lives. An application for registration is submitted within 7 working days from the date of receipt by a foreign citizen of a TRP (temporary residence permit) or residence permit (rus. RVP) or from the date of his arrival at the location of the specified residential premises.
DOCUMENTS:

- application for registration;

- identity document;

- Residence permit or temporary residence permit;

- documents confirming the right to use the residential premises in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (agreement, certificate of ownership or other document), and their copies. If the documents confirming the right to use the residential premises contain information at the disposal of bodies providing public services, bodies providing municipal services, other state bodies, local self-government bodies or organizations subordinate to state bodies or local self-government bodies participating in the provision of state or municipal services, a foreign citizen has the right NOT to provide the relevant documents, but only to indicate such information in the registration application.
